Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Cabinet Management & Governance Executive to lead asset operations, governance and deployment across the market. You will ensure cabinet assets are allocated, maintained, tracked, and utilized to support growth and commercial objectives.

The role supports MagnumOne deployment, data readiness, user adoption and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on integration with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, sales operations, commercial operations, or related business functions.
• Experience supporting business transformation and system deployment initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cabinet asset operations, including deployment, transfers, retrievals, maintenance and inventory.
• Monitor cabinet utilization and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve asset productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams to support growth.
• Support deployment planning, cutover activities, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Lead UAT, quality assurance and defect tracking for cabinet management processes.

The role

The Cabinet Management & Governance Executive is accountable for the effective management, governance, deployment, and optimization of asset operations across the market. This role ensures cabinet assets are properly allocated, maintained, tracked, and utilized to support business growth and commercial objectives. The role supports Cabinet Asset Management projects and business transformation initiatives, including Magnum 1, to ensure successful system deployment, process optimization, business readiness, data readiness and user adoption.

Cabinet Asset Management & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day cabinet asset operations including deployment, transfers, retrievals, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Monitor cabinet utilization and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve asset productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams to support business growth.

MagnumOne Project Deployment & Business Readiness

• Support the execution of Cabinet Asset Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including Magnum 1, to enhance asset management processes, data quality, system capabilities, and operational efficiency.
• Validate business requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and operational processes.
• Support deployment planning, cutover activities, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Identify risks and process gaps and recommend mitigation plans.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and maintain standardized cabinet management processes and policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.

Data Management & System Integration

• Ensure cabinet asset master data accuracy and completeness.
• Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, and related systems.

User Adoption, Change Management & Training

• Support change management and user readiness activities.
• Develop and execute training and enablement plans.
• Drive user adoption of new Cabinet Management processes and systems.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance

• Lead business testing activities and validation of Cabinet Management processes.
• Coordinate defect tracking, retesting, issue resolution, and business sign-off to the Deployment Project Lead.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with project teams, deployment leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
