Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Management and Governance Executive (Project-based) to lead asset operations across the market, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance and utilization of cabinet assets to support growth and commercial goals.
The role collaborates with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams, supporting MagnumOne deployment, data readiness, and user adoption. Relevant experience in asset management and enterprise systems is required.

The role
The Cabinet Management & Governance Executive is accountable for the effective management, governance, deployment, and optimization of asset operations across the market. This role ensures cabinet assets are properly allocated, maintained, tracked, and utilized to support business growth and commercial objectives. The role supports Cabinet Asset Management projects and business transformation initiatives, including Magnum 1, to ensure successful system deployment, process optimization, business readiness, data readiness and user adoption.
What you'll be responsible for
Oversee day-to-day cabinet asset operations including deployment, transfers, retrievals, maintenance, and inventory management.
Monitor cabinet utilization and compliance with company policies and standards.
Drive initiatives to improve asset productivity and operational efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams to support business growth.
Support the execution of Cabinet Asset Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including Magnum 1, to enhance asset management processes, data quality, system capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Validate business requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and operational processes.
Support deployment planning, cutover activities, go‑live readiness, and hypercare support.
Identify risks and process gaps and recommend mitigation plans.
Establish and maintain standardized cabinet management processes and policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
Ensure cabinet asset master data accuracy and completeness.
Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, and related systems.
Support change management and user readiness activities.
Develop and execute training and enablement plans.
Drive user adoption of new Cabinet Management processes and systems.
Lead business testing activities and validation of Cabinet Management processes.
Coordinate defect tracking, retesting, issue resolution, and business sign‑off to the Deployment Project Lead.
Collaborate with project teams, deployment leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
We're looking for someone who
Experience in asset management, sales operations, commercial operations, or related business functions.
Experience supporting business transformation and system deployment initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and process improvement skills.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is preferred.
