Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Cabinet Management & Governance Executive (project-based) to optimize asset operations across the market.

You will ensure cabinet assets are allocated, maintained, tracked, and utilized to support growth, transformation initiatives, and system deployment like Magnum 1. The role requires strong stakeholder management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams to drive efficiency and data

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, sales operations, or related business functions.
• Experience supporting business transformation and system deployment initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cabinet asset operations, deployment, transfers, retrievals, maintenance and inventory management.
• Monitor cabinet utilization and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve asset productivity and operational efficiency.
• Support execution of Cabinet Asset Management projects and Magnum 1 deployment efforts.
• Validate requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and processes.
• Lead standardised cabinet management processes and governance.
• Support data cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliation with IT teams.
• Develop and execute training and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Lead UAT and coordinate defect tracking, retesting and sign-off.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
