Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a GTM PMO and Change Management lead for the PH Market on a project basis. You will oversee deployment, adoption, and sustained use of the DMS across the market, with end-to-end PMO governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

You will drive communications, readiness, and champion networks, while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• PMO governance and program management responsibilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives in transformation programs.
• Familiarity with ERP, DMS or CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans, milestones, governance and reporting.
• Develop and execute change management strategy and readiness reviews.
• Create adoption, engagement and reinforcement plans with KPIs.
• Develop communications and change materials for stakeholders.
• Build and coach change champions network and leadership sponsorship.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation actions; escalate as needed.
