Position

BUTCHER

The Butcher is responsible for preparing, peeling, and slicing food items according to company standards while ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the butchery area. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as efficient preparation of ingredients used for marination and other kitchen needs. The Butcher plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations by delivering high-quality, properly prepared ingredients in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities
