• Cut, trim, bone, and portion various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb.
• Grind, weigh, wrap, and package meat for sale or delivery.
• Maintain sharp tools and operate meat-cutting machinery safely.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products to prevent spoilage.

Qualifications
