JOB SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for delivering key objectives by ensuring that the company develops a long-term business relationship with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Advertising, Communication Arts, Business Management, Marketing Management, or any related course.
- Mastery of creating Cost Estimates, Sales Reports, pre and post project evaluations.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the advertising field, particularly Below-the-line, Above-the-line, 360, and Digital Advertising
- Must have led and was part of a team that implemented at least 5 successful brand campaigns.
- Have not transferred jobs in the past 1 year.
- Is able to foster cooperation among individuals and departments in the areas of sharing resources and information and working together to accomplish group goals.
- Should Exhibit effective listening skills and superb communication skills. Actively seek feedback and receive it in a non-defensive manner.
- Should be able to Understand and meet the needs of all customers as well as addressing the concerns of the assigned Unit.
- Should know how to establish and model high standards of performance while encouraging and empowering subordinates to emulate them.
- Offers opportunities and support to all subordinates to help them improve their professional competencies.
- Should be well - organized, analytical and is able to envision and work towards overall scenario, while keeping their day-to-day objectives at forefront.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- ENSURES FINANCIAL STABILITY- New Business
- Monitors progress of assigned Brands to the Business Unit.
- Ensures closing of assigned brands.
- Ensures target for New Business Acquisition is met by Unit.
- Ensures that all Company marketing collaterals needed for company presentations are complete, accurate and according to the needs of prospective clients.
- Existing Accounts and Lateral Growth
- Ensures that the Unit assigned is able to grow business with existing Accounts.
- Ensures that the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Group target is met.
- Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing existing and new client’s various requests.
- Helps in ensuring the creation of a comprehensive Cost Estimate (CE) and PNL.
- Ensure timely collection of completed Projects.
- Should take part in actively analyzing market trends specific to the company’s services to help achieve a set annual target.
ENSURES CLIENT SATISFACTION
- Understand clients’ business and brands and be able to think strategically in growing those brands.
- Must be able to monitor set goals for projects and ensure that progress is made and the goals are on track to reach the desired outcome by the set deadline.
- Ensures that client feedback has been collected for every project done.
This will be discussed to the team monthly for best practices and improvement.
- BU Supervisor should be able to actively strategize on ways on how to achieve set expectations by clients.
- Be able to quickly represent an Account in the absence of his/her teammate.
- Must be knowledgeable of all the projects and updates under his/her BU.
ENSURES PROCESS EXCELLENCE
- Monitoring, controlling and making sure that each project follows an internal work process.
- Must accurately interpret policies and procedures, model them and hold their unit
- accountable for following them consistently.
- Must be able to assist, guide, mentor his/ her teammates.
- Must be able to strategically and accurately evaluate/create/execute CE’s, Call Reports, Post Evaluation Reports, Project Templates, and other documents related to Project Management.
MOTIVATION AND LEARNING- Ensures effective communication of set goals and expectations for the year.- Must be able to encourage, motivate and train Unit members in a way that would result in high performance and growth of the company.- Must be able to mentor their Unit members to achieve set KRAs.
REPORTING
- The Business Unit Supervisor- They are expected to:
- Report progress of On-going and up-coming projects of assigned units.
- Bi - Monthly reporting of progress of sales, strategies on how to meet set targets and summarization of monthly target achievements.
- The Business Unit Supervisor is expected to discuss all points that need to be decided on with the Department head.
