As an Account Supervisor, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong client relationship management, business development, and leadership of cross-functional creative teams across ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives. The position oversees both B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of effective, results‑driven campaigns while maintaining high standards in project management, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Brand Leadership: Manage day‑to‑day client coordination and brand handling by maintaining strong client relationships and translating business objectives into effective advertising and communication solutions.
• Strategic Advertising Campaign Delivery: Execute integrated ATL, BTL, and digital advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Cross‑Functional Creative Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure clear communication, efficient collaboration, and timely delivery of high‑quality, brand‑aligned outputs.
• Business Development & Revenue Support: Support account growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to pitches and proposals, and expanding scopes of work to help drive agency revenue.
