Translate company strategies and CEO priorities into clear action plans, timelines, and measurable goals.
Govern and track the execution of strategic initiatives across Operations and other departments.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and functional leaders to ensure agreed initiatives are implemented properly and on time.
Identify roadblocks, follow up on commitments, and **escalate** issues that require leadership decisions.
Lead strategic projects and business initiatives from planning through implementation.
Help build and launch new teams, programs, sites, and business operations.
Develop and standardize processes, SOPs, KPIs, and operating models.
Identify operational gaps and drive practical improvements.
Coordinate the implementation of technology, automation, AI, CRM, and other business tools.
Build repeatable models that can be used across teams, programs, and locations.
Provide the CEO with regular updates on progress, performance, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
Ensure successful initiatives are properly documented, measured, and replicated across the organization.
5–8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, operations, process improvement, consulting, or a similar field.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Strong ability to drive accountability without necessarily having direct authority over every team.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and challenging teams when necessary.
Able to turn business strategies into practical plans and measurable results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
Experience launching new sites, teams, or business programs.
BPO, shared services, sales, or customer operations experience.
Experience working with Operations leadership or managing cross-functional business initiatives.
Exposure to Salesforce, AI, automation, analytics, or other business technologies.
Experience with SOP development, KPIs, QA, CSAT, or operational improvement.
You will help create a stronger connection between what leadership wants to achieve and what the organization actually executes.
The goal is to establish a consistent cycle:
You will know you're succeeding when:
Strategic initiatives have clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Teams consistently follow through on agreed priorities.
Issues and delays are identified early and addressed quickly.
Successful processes can be replicated across teams and locations.
The CEO has better visibility into execution without needing to manage every operational detail personally.
Orkestra can scale without relying on the CEO to personally drive every initiative.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the business. As Orkestra expands, the position can develop into a broader Operations / Site Leadership role, with the potential to progress toward Site Director as the business and responsibilities grow.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping how a growing company operates.
You will have visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence operations, people, technology, processes, and new business initiatives.
If you're someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, holding teams accountable, solving problems, and building things that scale, this role gives you the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business.
