As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving large-scale business priorities, enabling decision-making, and shaping operational strategies that support organizational growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and performance improvement programs.
• Develop and oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and talent strategies.
• Drive financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
