Converge ICT Solutions Inc. seeks a Business Transformation Manager to help the Transformation and Oversight lead ensure strategic objectives are met.

This role sits within the Business Transformation Team and collaborates with cross-functional groups to drive transformation initiatives. The candidate should have 4-8+ years of experience with a cross-functional skill set in project management, business analysis, change management, and process optimization, with a strong focus on business value

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in transformation roles.
• LSS Green Belt certification preferred and familiarity with digital transformation for B2B and B2C.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as eTOM, ITIL, COBIT, and SDLC (Agile/Iterative/Prototing) is preferred.
• Experience in AI implementation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Transformation Plan aligned to business objectives.
• Lead and manage change initiatives and oversee execution.
• Ensure alignment across departments, stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to change.
• Manage Transformation Projects and Risk.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
