Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive business case development, BRD creation, and comprehensive UAT planning across global Insurance initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into IT solutions, and ensure timely, quality deliverables in a matrix environment. Qualifications

• Business, industrial engineering or information technology graduate with experience on business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development.
• At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry/ life insurance experience with business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development.
• Effectively demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership and project management discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with strategy and transformation execution, business analysis and requirements definition, business case development and project management.
• Track record on business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development and implementation.
• Strong details orientation.
• Proficient in the use of presentation and project management tools.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Familiarity in working in a matrix type environment.
• Worked on transformational projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain high levels of BU satisfaction through responsive support, effective stakeholder management, quality deliverables, and successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain understanding of BU strategies, objectives, processes, and priorities to effectively support business and technology initiatives.
• Proactively manage assigned deliverables and workstreams, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Prepare high-quality and comprehensive BRDs, business cases, and user test scripts, and coordinate the effective execution of UAT activities.
• Ensure that business requirements documentation adheres to established standards, methodologies, governance processes, and documentation best practices.
• Ensure the timely preparation of user test scripts; review test scenarios and scripts for completeness and alignment with business requirements; and support the planning, coordination, and execution of UAT activities.
• Support successful project implementation by facilitating effective requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and timely execution of testing activities while meeting defined quality and delivery standards.
• Foster strong collaboration between BU and ITG to ensure business needs are translated into technology solutions that deliver value and support strategic objectives.
