77GSI is seeking a senior Business Analyst with deep global industry and life insurance experience to develop business cases, perform business analysis, and define requirements, including user test script development.

You will work to align BU strategies with IT initiatives, manage deliverables, coordinate UAT activities, and ensure BRDs meet standards and governance. Strong presentation and project management skills are required.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry and/or life insurance experience in business case development, business analysis, requirements definition, and user test script development
• Graduate of Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in business case development, business analysis, requirements definition, and user test script development
• Proficiency in presentation and project management tools
• Experience in strategy and transformation execution, business analysis, requirements definition, business case development, and project management

Responsabilidades

• Drive and maintain high levels of BU satisfaction through responsive support, effective stakeholder management, quality deliverables, and successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BU strategies, objectives, processes, and priorities to support business and technology initiatives.
• Proactively manage deliverables and workstreams, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Prepare BRDs, business cases, and user test scripts, and coordinate effective UAT activities.
• Ensure BRDs adhere to standards, governance, and documentation best practices.

• Drive and maintain high levels of Business Unit satisfaction through responsive support, effective stakeholder management, quality deliverables, and successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Business Unit (BU) strategies, objectives, processes, and priorities to effectively support business and technology initiatives.
• Proactively manage assigned deliverables and workstreams, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Prepare high-quality and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), business cases, and user test scripts, and coordinate the effective execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure that business requirements documentation adheres to established standards, methodologies, governance processes, and documentation best practices.
• Ensure the timely preparation of user test scripts; review test scenarios and scripts for completeness and alignment with business requirements; and support the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support successful project implementation by facilitating effective requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and timely execution of testing activities while meeting defined quality and delivery standards.
• Foster strong collaboration between Business Units (BU) and Information Technology Groups (ITG) to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technology solutions that deliver value and support strategic objectives.
