Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and building security.
• Monitor building systems and respond promptly to facility issues or emergencies.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities, work orders, and service requests.
• Serve as liaison between building occupants, vendors, and service providers.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance services, repairs, and inspections with contractors.
• Obtain quotes and proposals for facility services and minor projects.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards and contract compliance are met.
• Support implementation of health and safety programs and emergency preparedness plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain safety equipment including fire extinguishers, AEDs, and first aid supplies.
• Process invoices and maintain budget tracking for facility-related expenses.
• Maintain facility management databases and documentation systems.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and key performance metrics.
