Job summary

RCBC in Davao City is seeking a performanced Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. You will work closely with the Business Relationship Manager to drive retail banking sales and enhance customer reach.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly and daily sales call plans, recording action plans, and developing effective sales activities to market banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related program.
• Experience in sales within a banking environment.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Ability to develop sales plans and reports.
