Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Process Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will design and implement cross-module processes across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, and lead workshops to gather requirements from clients.

In this hybrid, dayshift role you will drive continuous improvement in IT operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide solution design and documentation while aligning with security and infrastructure goals.

Competenze

• 6–7 years of total professional experience.
• Senior Associate level or equivalent.
• Strong ServiceNow functional/consulting experience.
• Hands-on/functional ITOM experience – required.
• Experience across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Understanding of ITOM processes and infrastructure/service operations.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience in process design, workflows, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of IT operations/infrastructure.
• Comfortable with client-facing meetings.

About the Role

As a Business Process Consultant, you'll lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and ServiceNow implementation. You'll also facilitate client workshops and help drive continuous improvement across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
