Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Process management: proficiency in cash application, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner and SME for a process; be the point of contact in the absence of supervisor.
• Handle complex scenarios such as client account reconciliation and billing history.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data provided internally and externally.
• Summarize information to prepare reports and explain financial reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct QA/review on processes and facilitate training for the team.
• Analyze and resolve issues in a customer-oriented manner.
• Route tasks to processors using internal systems; escalate as needed.
• Maintain Crawford Code of Conduct and confidentiality; adhere to SOPs and turnaround times.
• Perform administrative duties and contribute to other business processes as needed.
