Job summary

Excellence Appliance Technologies, Inc. (Whirlpool Philippines) seeks a qualified individual to review and analyze process flows for new programs and systems.

You will perform testing and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements and functional specs. You will handle development, user training, and documentation of processes for new systems, ensuring thorough documentation for maintenance and future enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process flow analysis or system-related analysis preferred.
• Experience in system testing including test planning, execution, issue identification, and validation before implementation.
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new systems and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and evaluate the process flow for the creation and development of programs/systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review, analyze and evaluate the process flow for the creation and development of programs/systems.

• Conduct actual testing and validation of programs/systems developed by the Software Development team to ensure that they meet business requirements and functional specifications.

• Handle the development, user training, and documentation of processes and requirements related to newly created programs/systems.

• Ensure that all developed programs/systems are properly documented for future reference, maintenance, revisions, enhancements, and further development.

• Work closely with the Internal Audit team to ensure that business processes and systems comply with established policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Technology (MIS), Computer Science, Management Accounting , Accounting Information System or any related field.

• With experience in business process flow analysis, system-related analysis, or a similar role is preferred.

• Experienced in system testing, including test planning, execution, identification of issues, and validation of system functionality before implementation.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new systems, and improvement of the business processes of the company.
