Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Order Management, Collections, AR, Finance Operations or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations: order management, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and cash application.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of customer orders and invoices while meeting service levels.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management and training.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer, billing, collection, and operational issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other business functions to resolve challenges and improve customer experience.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Order Management, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related functions.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, collections, accounts receivable, billing, and cash application.
• Proven experience handling escalations, issue resolution, and complex problem‑solving situations.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with SAP or other Order Management, Collections, or ERP systems.
• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or project management initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and customer service skills.
