Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in TikTok Shop/TikTok Operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, store management, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring tasks across CSR, store management, and business development.
• Track task assignments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, orders, inventory, and store-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, records, and operational documents.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Follow up on pending tasks and provide regular updates on progress and issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, data entry, and report preparation.
• Identify operational concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Help improve processes and ensure assigned tasks are properly executed and monitored.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
