City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to be the primary driver of branch success. You will execute targeted sales strategies and manage key client relationships to boost overall sales targets, with emphasis on expanding CASA deposits.

You will develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio. Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities

• Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or banking leadership role in the retail banking sector.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with existing client base in the region.
• Proven track record of driving branch growth and delivering customer service.
• Solid understanding of retail banking operations and local market dynamics.

Job Requirements:

• Should be highly skilled in sales and negotiation, preferably with an existing base of clients within the designated region
• Proven track record of driving branch business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service
