TechNerds Solutions in Pasig seeks a Project Management Analyst to join our Business Innovation team. You will support cross-functional projects that drive process improvements, service innovation, and organizational effectiveness for our global clients.

Work closely with the Director of Business Innovation to manage plans, track progress, coordinate activities, and deliver results on time. Strong PM and business analysis skills, plus collaboration across functions, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or PMO functions.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Training in Project Management or Business Analysis is required.
• Good working knowledge of BPO best practices related to continuous improvement, analytics, and/or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across different functional units.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Analyst to join our Business Innovation team. This role is responsible for supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive business process improvements, service innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The Business Innovation Specialist works closely with the Director of Business Innovation, business stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams to implement project plans, track progress, coordinate activities, and ensure successful project completion within established timelines and expectations. The ideal candidate has strong project management and business analysis capabilities, excellent business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Develop a strong understanding of the organization, its functions, and operating model to effectively collaborate with different departments and deliver desired project outcomes.
• Work closely with the Director of Business Innovation to identify opportunities for new initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall organizational performance.
• Support the planning and implementation of cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Apply change management principles, processes, and technologies to drive positive results across business operations and service innovation.
• Facilitate project working sessions and coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and participants to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress, results, milestones, and key activities.
• Facilitate project status updates and prepare progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and project teams to gather, analyze, and identify business and system requirements.
• Develop detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements documentation for development and implementation.
• Establish acceptance criteria for business and system requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure specifications are clearly understood and properly implemented.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and other quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet established acceptance criteria.
• Develop testing plans and test cases and coordinate with testing teams and process owners to validate system requirements before and after deployment.
• Create and communicate release plans to stakeholders.
• Prepare release notes, system guides/manuals, and training materials for end-users.
• Facilitate system training, rollouts, and implementation activities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users following implementation.
• Gather and analyze end-user feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure solutions continue to meet business objectives and customer experience expectations.

Operational Excellence

• Support initiatives focused on continuous improvement, analytics, operational excellence, service innovation, and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with various functional units to address business needs and deliver short-term and long-term solutions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of specific business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or PMO functions, contributing to or leading initiatives involving business requirements definition and the development or co-authoring of key project artifacts such as project charters, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), project plans, and status reports.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Training in Project Management or Business Analysis is required.
• Good working knowledge of BPO best practices related to continuous improvement, analytics, and/or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and gain cooperation across different functional and organizational units.
• Strong business acumen, service orientation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent reporting, analysis, presentation, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within established timelines.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop and support both short-term and long-term business solutions.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, professionalism, maturity, and adaptability, particularly in uncertain or fast-paced situations.
• Open to working on a night shift or other schedules as required by business needs.
• Hybrid work set-up at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Pasig City (2x a week), but subject to adjustment (executive visits - mostly this will be on a full onsite set-up).
