Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager - Business Excellence to lead process improvement initiatives onsite/Hybrid at Bridgetowne, QC in the Philippines.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams through Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize operations and drive measurable business outcomes. You will develop dashboards and insights for stakeholders, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure sustainment of benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–4 years in a managerial role or current post.
Experience with Operations Excellence, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
Lean Six Sigma Belt.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Analyze operational performance and identify optimization opportunities
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Support Functions to improve business outcomes
Monitor project benefits realization and sustainment
