Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Process Improvement lead to drive operational excellence across our knowledge organization in Metro Manila. You will lead projects to establish and improve processes, metrics, and policies, ensuring outputs meet customer needs with consistency and efficiency.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, yellow belt certification and green belt training, plus 6+ years in process optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years leading small to mid-sized process improvement projects; 6+ years overall experience in process optimization or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and associated tools.
Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Enable UL Solutions knowledge activities with defined processes, policies, and procedures.
Develop, optimize and improve processes to enhance productivity and drive efficiencies and consistency.
Develop/improve metrics, monitor and analyze data to ensure sustained and continuous process improvement.
Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet efficiency targets.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Performs other duties as directed.
