Job summary

Probe CX is seeking an IPC Manager to ensure operational stability, service availability, and business continuity. The role bridges technical operations with business processes, overseeing IT changes and outages through business risk and KPI lenses.

The ideal candidate will lead incident response, govern the Change Management lifecycle, and protect revenue-generating systems while maintaining service delivery and operational schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5+ years in IT operations/ITSM with safeguarding business operations during high-risk IT activities

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) to evaluate viability with business units
• Manage Major Incidents with crisis leadership and on-call escalation to ensure swift restoration
• Translate technical issues into business-impact language for executives and stakeholders
