Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced Sales Closer in the Philippines to own our outbound sales process from first contact through signed deals. You will conduct outreach, book and run demo calls, and close new business while ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.

The role requires a confident, relationship-driven salesperson with a proven closing track record and the ability to work independently with strong English communication and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to run demo calls and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Strong outbound outreach and lead qualification skills.
• Ability to manage a full pipeline and work independently.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and automated follow-up sequences.
