Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a capable Real Estate Business Development Analyst in the Iloilo/Bacolod area to support property acquisitions and land-related activities.

You will prepare feasibility studies for residential projects, manage the land offers database, and collaborate with the Business and Project Development Manager. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in real estate, plus MS Office and strong negotiation/communication skills, are required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
