Job summary

Megabon Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Metro Manila to generate leads and proactively target developers, owners and brokers. You will build networks, qualify opportunities and own the CRM pipeline end-to-end.

Responsibilities include researching decision-makers, coordinating meetings and site visits, supporting bids, and maintaining accurate prospect data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in BD, Sales, Leasing, Brokerage, Real Estate, Construction or related industries.
• Construction/fit-out experience is highly preferred.
• Strong prospecting, communication, research, CRM, organization, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Supervisor level: stronger autonomy, pipeline ownership and ability to guide junior support.

Job description

• Generate leads and proactively prospect target companies, developers, property owners, tenants, brokers, landlords, consultants and corporate accounts.
• Identify upcoming construction, fit-out, renovation, expansion, relocation and other project opportunities.
• Research decision-makers, project status, location, scope, timing, budget indicators, procurement route and competition.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities; endorse high-value, strategic, urgent or risky leads to the BD Manager.
• Own CRM / pipeline accuracy: contacts, stages, next actions, deadlines, follow-ups and documents.
• Build broker, leasing, real estate, referral and industry networks; maintain prospect databases.
• Prepare pipeline, prospecting, activity and opportunity reports.
• Prepare client/account briefs, meeting research, presentations and talking points; coordinate meetings and site-visit logistics.
• Coordinate LOI, accreditation and PQ requirements, checklists, submissions and client follow-ups.
• Support bidding with document tracking, responsibility matrices, transmittals, deadlines and coordination with Design, QS, PMD, Procurement, Finance and FF&E.
• Conduct/manage Project Commencement and Project Turn-Over / Turnover Ceremonies, including program, invitations, suppliers, branding, documentation and logistics.
• Prepare and attend Client Events; attend organization / industry events for networking, market intelligence and lead generation.
• Support post-award client engagement, CSS tracking, future-project identification and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Leasing, Brokerage, Real Estate, Construction, Fit-Out, Property or B2B project-based industries.
• Construction / fit-out experience is highly preferred.
• Strong prospecting, communication, research, CRM, organization, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Supervisor level: stronger autonomy, pipeline ownership and ability to guide junior support.
