Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties and preparing feasibility studies for residential projects. The role also involves managing the property and raw land offers database.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in real estate, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of real estate policies will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or related business field.
• At least 3 years in real estate, preferably in Business/Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
