Cyberbacker Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Growth Development Specialist who thrives on building client relationships and driving appointment setting for our top-tier solutions.

You will be the strategic voice of the brand, calling leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating schedules while updating CRM and reporting performance. This is a 100% remote role with training allowances, profit sharing, and daily client onboarding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.
