Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional for a fintech-focused role in Santolan, Pasig City. You will drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and lead a sales team to meet targets in B2B/B2C settings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications and 3+ years in fintech sales, with strong knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, and lending. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9–6.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fintech sales/business development experience.
• Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in B2B/B2C.
