Commerce Asia Inc. in San Juan City seeks a Marketing Associate to help plan and execute product launches and marketing strategies. You will assist in brand-building campaigns across traditional and digital channels, events, and PR to grow brand awareness.

You will coordinate day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely campaigns while aligning with business goals and brand standards. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams and a proactive, organized approach.

• Preferably with at least 1-year related work experience as a Marketing Associate.
• Demonstrates a warm, compassionate, and approachable disposition in dealing with clients and co-employees.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), and the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of new product launches, business development initiatives, and marketing strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Assist in conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring integrated brand-building campaigns across various marketing channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, social media, events, public relations, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the timely execution of marketing activities, campaigns, and projects while maintaining alignment with business goals and brand standards.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in the development, review, production, and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency, product accuracy, and timely delivery of promotional materials.
