JADE BLUE PETROLEUM, INC. seeks a Field Acquisition Manager to identify sites for gasoline station development across the Philippines. You will conduct field surveys, assess traffic, accessibility, and zoning considerations, and lead feasibility studies.
The role requires 3–5 years in site acquisition or real estate, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel. You will negotiate with landowners and manage long-term leases aligned with company strategy.
Conduct field surveys to identify potential properties suitable for gasoline station development.
Assess site characteristics including traffic flow, accessibility, road classification, population density, surrounding commercial activity, and competition.
Evaluate land area, shape, elevation, and environmental conditions to determine suitability
Lead the preparation ofcomprehensive feasibility studiescovering:
Market feasibility: fuel demand, customer potential, traffic volume counts, competitor mapping.
Technical feasibility: lot configuration, ingress/egress, utility availability, environmental sensitivity, zoning restrictions.
Financial feasibility: projected sales volume, ROI, and profitability assessment
Initiate and manage negotiations with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
Secure property through lease, purchase, or long-term agreements aligned with company strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in site acquisition, real estate development, retail fuel business, or related industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Philippine zoning laws, land acquisition processes, and environmental regulations.
Willingness to travel
