Job description

OBJECTIVE: The Site Locator is responsible for ensuring that all new sites acquired is compliant to company standards, ensuring that targets for new sites are attained, and ensuring accurate completion of all pre-requisite documents in securing necessary permits and licenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source feasible sites for construction and expansion in his assigned area as aligned with the company's directives.
• Conduct site visits and assess the site by evaluating the income class, population, vehicle traffic count, pump price, proximity to the existing stations, presence of competitors, accessibility & transportation, zoning & regulations, community & amenities, risk assessment, infrastructure & utilities, and also labor force talent pool.
• Negotiate with the lessors for the terms and condition of the lease offer and lease contracts.
• Build positive relationships with the lessors and barangays/LGU’s.
• Prepare and send the Site Endorsement Form and secure schedule for the site inspections of the Company Head and secure approval of the sites for negotiation and acquisition.
• Ensure the completion of the necessary Lease Contract requirements such as the signed LOI, property documents, Barangay Resolution with No Objection, Neighbor’s Consent Document, Zoning Certificate, DPWH Clearance, Joint Site Inspection Report, etc.
• Ensure the completion of the site folder endorsement documents such as the traffic count file, market study file, SAQ Forms 1-6, P&L, ROI, etc.
• Collaborate with the other teams such as the Retail Team, Engineering Team, Conversion team, Permits & Licensing Team, Legal Team and with other departments to ensure an effective and efficient site sourcing of feasible sites, smooth permits applications & construction of the stations and to make sure that we deliver the targets on time.
• Other tasks needed by the department being supported.
