MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Business Development Manager – Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions to identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities. You will conduct market and financial analyses, build models, and support due diligence and negotiations to drive corporate growth.
The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, experience in M&A or related transactions, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
The Business Development Manager – Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and supporting the execution of strategic growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and partnerships. The role will conduct comprehensive market, financial, and strategic analyses; develop financial models and business cases; support due diligence and transaction negotiations; and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to drive corporate growth initiatives.
Identify and evaluate M&A, joint venture, strategic investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Conduct market, industry, competitive, and financial analysis to assess potential opportunities and target companies.
Develop financial models, valuations, projections, and scenario/sensitivity analyses to evaluate transaction economics, investment returns, and business viability.
Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and recommendations for senior leadership and decision-making committees.
Support due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end deal execution in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure comprehensive evaluation and execution of transactions.
Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and potential investment opportunities, and provide insights to support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or transaction advisory.
Strong experience in financial modeling, business valuation, financial analysis, and investment evaluation.
Knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work in Quezon City.
