Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company invites you to join a fast-growing, international team that drives marketplace growth across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will own the P&L, shape pricing during mega sales, and negotiate with platform managers to maximise GMV and ROAS.

You will optimize listings, budgets, and ad strategies while coordinating with supply chain and customer service to ensure top-tier store health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in e-commerce, managing marketplace stores or accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Proven track record owning sales targets and P&L or budget.
• Experience with marketplace advertising tools and promo mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team or external partners.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Drive marketplace sales and profitability

• Own the marketplace P&L, growth plans, and KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, and store ratings
• Plan and run mega sale campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), including promo mechanics and pricing strategy
• Negotiate campaign slots, subsidies, and support with platform account managers
• Track competitor pricing and market trends, and adjust strategy accordingly

Optimize store content, advertising, and live commerce

• Oversee product listings, store design, and marketplace SEO to improve visibility and conversion
• Manage ad budgets across platform ad tools, and optimize for return on ad spend
• Run live selling and affiliate programs, including host, creator, and KOL partnerships
• Test, measure, and scale what works across traffic, conversion, and basket size

Ensure operational excellence and cross-team alignment

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Customer Service on inventory, delivery, and service levels that meet platform standards
• Monitor store health metrics (fulfillment rate, chat response, returns, ratings) and fix issues early
• Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps to regional and global stakeholders

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally managing marketplace stores or accounts on Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop
• Hands-on experience owning sales targets and a P&L, or the margin and budget side of one
• Working knowledge of marketplace advertising tools, promo mechanics, and seller center analytics
• Experience planning and executing mega sale campaigns
• Strong analytical skills: you’re comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards, and you turn data into decisions
• Experience managing or coordinating a team, agencies, or external partners
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
