Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercial growth strategy for APAC (online and offline).
Scale pioneering and emerging markets into sustainable growth engines.
Grow offline channels and build omnichannel presence for premium profits.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to craft a top‑tier customer experience.
Drive EBIT, top-line growth and NPS as primary success metrics.
Build a high-performing regional commercial team and empower country managers.
