Guangdong Yitong Beverage Co., Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to grow our food and beverage business in the Philippines.

Based in Metro Manila (BGC / Taguig), this full-time, field-based role involves visiting customers, negotiating terms, and building distribution with importers and retailers. You will coordinate with our China team, track performance, and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of FMCG sales or business development experience in food and beverages.
• Proven ability to open accounts and grow sales through distributors or retailers in the Philippines.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills; able to visit customers across Metro Manila.

Guangdong Yitong Beverage Co., Ltd. is hiring a hands-on Business Development Manager to grow our food and beverage business in the Philippines. We manufacture juices, ready-to-drink tea and coconut beverages, including private-label products.

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (BGC / Taguig base). Full-time, field-based sales with regular customer visits.

What you will do

• Find and develop beverage importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and foodservice accounts.
• Visit buyers, present products and samples, negotiate commercial terms and turn opportunities into orders.
• Build distribution coverage, maintain customer relationships and follow up on repeat orders and payments.
• Track sales results, customer feedback and competitor activity; coordinate quotations and samples with our China team.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of FMCG sales or business development experience in food and beverages.
• Proven results opening accounts and growing sales through distributors or retail channels in the Philippines.
• Experience selling imported food or beverages is preferred, especially working with local importers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills; able to work independently and make regular field visits across Metro Manila.
• Good English and Filipino communication. Please be ready to discuss specific sales achievements and the channels you have handled.

Compensation: PHP 45,000–60,000 monthly base salary, depending on experience, plus sales commission and reimbursement of work-related field expenses.
