Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a results-oriented sales leader to drive agency activation and productivity initiatives. You will collaborate with Home Office for development, enable agency leaders to boost performance, and execute recruitment programs to support expansion.

The role includes coaching on compensation schemes, career pathways, and overseeing agency operations, including meetings, incentives, campaigns, and product marketing. Leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of work experience in sales.
• Experience handling a distribution channel preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethics.

• Drive Agency Activation and Productivity initiatives in collaboration with Home Office for Development.
• Enable Agency Leaders to improve performance through Sales Builder and Business Reviews.
• Execute quality recruitment activities to support agency expansion.
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on compensation schemes and career pathways.
• Oversee agency operations, including team meetings, updates, incentives, promotions, product marketing, and performance communication.
• Coach agencies on advisor and leader training roadmaps to support advisor development and future agency leaders.
• Provide feedback and insights from agency observations to support continuous improvement.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 5 years of work experience in sales (corporate or equivalent).
• Experience handling a distribution channel is preferred.
