Job summary

Nezda Global is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive activation and productivity across agency networks in collaboration with the Home Office. The role focuses on enabling agency leaders to enhance performance via Sales Builder and regular business reviews.

You will oversee recruitment activities to support agency expansion, and coach agencies on compensation schemes, career pathways, and leadership development initiatives. Experience with distribution channels is a plus.

• Drive Agency Activation and Productivity initiatives in collaboration with Home Office for Development.
• Enable Agency Leaders to improve performance through Sales Builder and Business Reviews.
• Execute quality recruitment activities, including Business Opportunity Programs, to support agency expansion.
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on compensation schemes and career pathways.
• Oversee agency operations, including team meetings, company updates, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing, and performance communication.
• Coach agencies on advisor and leader training roadmaps to support advisor development and future agency leaders.
• Provide feedback and insights from agency observations to support continuous improvement.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 5 years of work experience in sales (corporate or equivalent).
• Experience handling a distribution channel is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
