Responsibilities

• Identify and source redevelopment opportunities, land parcels, society redevelopment leads, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with housing societies, landowners, brokers, consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Conduct preliminary market research, feasibility assessments, and opportunity evaluations in coordination with technical and finance teams
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for redevelopment and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with legal, design, finance, and project teams during due diligence and conversion stages
• Track negotiations, approvals, and closures to ensure timely progression of opportunities
• Participate in meetings, society presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder discussions as required
• Maintain structured records of leads, discussions, proposals, and decisions
• Prepare periodic business development MIS, pipeline reports, and management updates
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of all business development leads, opportunity stages, correspondence, and outcomes in CRM / ERP or internal tracking systems
• Support management reviews, audits, and governance processes through complete and traceable documentation.
