Aon Philippines is seeking a Business Development Director (Commercial Risk) to lead in-country growth, sales optimization, and client management. You will work with regional and global leaders to drive new business across targeted industries, while ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with internal processes.

The role requires strong BD capabilities, English fluency, and a track record in managing senior client relationships to expand Aon’s footprint in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development (BD), Commercial Risk or relevant consulting.
• Excellent business development, client management, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and BD activities.
• Lead sales operations, production, metrics, and reporting for the business.
• Grow the client portfolio and manage annual planning and budgets.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities and cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and regional/global leaders to expand Aon footprint in the Philippines.
