Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc. in Makati, Metro Manila, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to help grow the business by identifying potential clients and opportunities, building professional relationships, and coordinating client requirements across teams.

You will work with the Business Development team and other departments to support lead generation, client engagement, and pursuit of projects, including preparing proposals and presentations and maintaining an updated pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, client relations, or related field.
• Experience in construction, architectural, interior design, engineering, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, projects, and business opportunities through networking and other channels.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in managing existing client relationships and following up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements, inquiries, project needs, and other concerns.
• Conduct client follow-ups, introductory discussions, and meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are addressed.
• Monitor and maintain records of leads, prospects, project opportunities, and client inquiries.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business development materials.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Assist in client visits and events.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, partners, and contacts.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding proposals and requirements.
• Prepare reports on business development activities.
