• Research and identify potential KOLs/influencers relevant to the brand’s industry and target audience.
• Build and maintain a database of potential KOLs with different levels of influencer.
• Initiate contact and establish relationships with KOLs to introduce them to the brand.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to develop KOL strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate KOL involvement in campaigns, including product launches, events, or content creation.
• Provide KOLs with the necessary materials and information to accurately represent the brand.
• Build long-term partnerships with KOLs, build trust and loyalty.
• Negotiate agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Track and measure the performance of KOL campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign success, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and KOL marketing tools.
• Work closely with internal teams, including social media, content, and PR teams, to integrate KOL initiatives into the overall marketing strategy.
• Attend TikTok/Shopee events, conferences, or meetings to network with potential KOLs.
• Additional tasks that may be given by the Supervisors.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant degree.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Fresh graduate applicants with special or honor distinctions are preferred.
• Willingness to learn in the domestic e-commerce industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and time management skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Madrid St., San Nicolas, Manila from Mondays to Saturdays.
