Scoring Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on administrative BD support, onboarding clients, after-sales assistance, and market research.

You will also back the BD Head with pitches and client acquisition activities, and eventually help draft policies and processes to drive growth. You will work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to enhance product knowledge and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in financial services or lending in the Philippines.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage BD activities and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Head in pitching products to prospective clients, including banks and lending companies.
• Assist in acquiring new clients by preparing presentations, proposals, and participating in meetings.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring all documents and technical requirements are met.
• Provide after-sales support and act as the main contact during project implementation.
• Coordinate with the finance team for billing, payment tracking, and overdue invoices.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support targeting and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to improve product knowledge.
• Contribute to internal policy and process development to support growth.

As the second hire at Scoring Technology Inc., the Business Development Senior Associate will primarily focus on administrative support, including client onboarding, after-sales support, and conducting market research. This role also involves assisting the Business Development Head with pitching and client acquisition activities. Over time, the employee will also help in drafting policies, processes, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Head in pitching Scoring Technology Inc.’s products to prospective clients, including banks and lending companies.
• Assist in the acquisition of new clients by preparing presentations, proposals, and participating in key meetings.
• Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and technical requirements are gathered and met.
• Provide after-sales support, acting as the main point of contact for clients during project implementation and beyond.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing, payment tracking, and handling overdue invoices.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for client targeting and partnership development.
• Work as a team with product, data scientist, and engineer to improve the product knowledge
• Contribute to internal policy and process development to support business growth and client management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or lending industry in the Philippines with a minimum experience of 2 years
• Strong understanding of the local lending landscape. Experience in start-up, credit bureau, and/or credit risk management is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google suites
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Self-starter, capable of working in a dynamic, early-stage environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage both BD activities and administrative tasks effectively
