Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for the Research & Consultancy division across sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, including developers, landowners, investors, and corporate occupiers.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into tailored real estate research and advisory solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and client-facing materials to win new mandates.
• Maintain confidentiality and build long-term trust with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with valuation, agency, and other departments to cross-sell services and promote properties.
• Support and help lead research projects including Highest and Best Use Studies, Market Analysis, Feasibility Studies, and due diligence for clients across diverse regions nationwide.
• Conduct competitive assessments and market analyses across property sectors, extracting key data to inform client studies and proposals.
• Assist in financial simulation runs to help determine optimal pricing strategies for development projects.
• Contribute to publications and research reports that showcase market insights and support business development efforts.
• Work closely with the Research & Consultancy team on project planning and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
