Green Asian Food Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Assistant (Field Work) to expand the ice cream distribution network.

You will identify potential clients, visit accounts, and support market research to drive growth. The role requires field travel across Pampanga and nearby areas, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Experience in F&B FMCG or frozen products preferred.
• Experience with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
• Willingness for regular fieldwork and client visits.
• Own vehicle or motorcycle is required.
• Willing to cover Pampanga and nearby areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in sales prospecting, account development, and market research.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel to meet sales objectives.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (FIELD WORK)

Job Description:

Assist the Business Development Department in identifying potential clients, developing new accounts, conducting market research, and expanding the company's distribution network for its ice cream.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
• With experience or background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in FMCG or frozen products.
• With experience dealing with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, groceries, Sari-sari Store and retail accounts.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork, client visits, and market surveys.
• Must have own vehicle or motorcycle.
• Amenable to cover Pampanga and nearby areas.
• With good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales prospecting, account development, and market research.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel and meet sales and business development objectives.
