Job summary

10.28 Business Consultancy - SAP Business One is seeking a Junior Business Application Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP Business One. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, conduct trainings, manage documentation, and help ensure timely project deliverables while traveling to client sites as needed.

Effective communication and strong execution skills will help you navigate project phases from requirements through Go-Live in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required or preferred.
• No prior SAP Business One experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of process mapping, data gathering, and business process analysis from coursework is sufficient.
• Experience in business application consulting, systems implementation, or ERP-related roles is a plus.
• Experience in client coordination, project documentation, and end-user training is preferred.
• Proficiency in using office and productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in internal training sessions to share knowledge and improve team capabilities.
• Provide regular project updates to management and relevant departments.
• Analyze and map client business processes to align with system capabilities.
• Make informed decisions to resolve complex issue logs and implementation roadblocks.
• Travel to client sites for BPA sessions, UAT, EUT, Admin Trainings, and Go-Live activities as needed.
• Assist in developing project plans, training schedules, and timeline adjustments as required.

No prior knowledge or experience with SAP Business One is accepted, training will be provided.
