Job summary

Qualifications

The Role

This is the commercial operating partner for SEEK's Philippines Sales and Customer Success leadership team. You'll turn data into decisions, decisions into action and action into measurable business results — owning the performance view, operating rhythms and continuous improvement pipeline that powers the country strategy. It's a role for a commercially sharp, hands‑on leader who knows how to make complex businesses run better.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy to execution — Translate business priorities into clear plans with defined owners, milestones and measures across Sales and Customer Success; give leaders practical, trade‑off‑clear recommendations that move the needle
• Performance clarity — Own the accuracy and consistency of reports, dashboards and measures used to run the business; establish regular performance rhythms so leaders and teams can act quickly on the same trusted information
• Commercial growth — Analyse customer segments, retention risks, sales performance and expansion opportunities; partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders to size opportunities and track whether initiatives deliver real revenue and retention impact
• Ways of working — Set practical standards for planning, forecasting, account growth and cross‑team hand‑offs; establish governance frameworks and SOPs that are agile, sustainable and easy to adopt
• Productivity and technology — Identify and remove unnecessary steps, duplication and manual work; lead process improvement, automation and responsible AI adoption — measured by time saved, quality gained and better customer outcomes
• Team leadership — Align and develop a team across business analytics, commercial operations, governance and process improvement; build a culture of ownership, candid challenge and continuous learning

• Seven to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, sales or revenue operations, business operations, strategy or transformation — with equivalent depth and impact mattering more than tenure
• A track record of using data to influence revenue, retention, product adoption, customer experience or productivity outcomes
• Expert capability in strategic business partnering, data storytelling, commercial judgement and user enablement
• Experience building performance measures and operating rhythms — and actually using them to guide decisions, not just produce reports
• Demonstrated delivery of process improvements, automation or new ways of working that made teams faster and more consistent
• Confident working with senior stakeholders: able to simplify complexity, make recommendations and create alignment
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, with sound judgement on when to go deep vs. stay at the big picture
• Experience leading a small team or coordinating work through people who don't directly report to you
