Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software.
• Experience in Banking Applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, and analysis of systems and processes.
• Document and analyze business workflows for consistency, feasibility and alignment with objectives and standards.
• Prepare RTM, FSD, TSD, and User's Manual with clear requirements, flows and use cases.
